The benefits of educational tours stay with your students long after the trip is over. A recent study titled “Travel Improves Educational Attainment & Future Success,” conducted by The Wagner Group, shows that travel transforms how students approach learning, deepens their understanding of the world, and expands their career possibilities.

  • 57% of people who traveled as children went to college
  • 95% of adults who traveled 5+ times were more likely to graduate from high school, and nearly 63% of that group went on to graduate from college

  • More than half of children who traveled achieved better grades
  • 80% thought educational travel sparked a greater interest in what they were taught in school

  • Adults who went on domestic education trips during their youth earned $5,000 more or 12% greater income than those who didn’t travel
  • 86% say travel in their youth made them more intellectually curious not only in school, but outside the classroom as well
