Written by Brightspark Travel

Are you interested in planning a performance tour? Don't settle for forgettable. With over 20 performance destinations and events, our newest catalog will help you plan a travel experience that makes a lasting impact. We've highlighted some of our favorites for every destination and group type.

For Choir Groups:

Traditional and show choirs make their Broadway debuts in bustling New York City with this performance event. Students gain valuable insights while participating in clinics led by real Broadway professionals, and they’ll receive an introduction to the world of auditioning. The grand finale? A massed choral ensemble during a real Broadway show.

For Jazz Band Groups:

When musical influences from New Orleans’ European, Latin American and African American cultures combined, something amazing happened: jazz was born. The city is now known throughout the country for live concerts, music festivals, music education programs and a vibrant attitude. Groups traveling during Mardi Gras can march in parades and partake in musical traditions dating back to medieval Europe.

For Marching Band Groups:

With 70,000 cheering fans, the pregame show of this top college bowl game sets the scene for an exhilarating performance by the country’s most talented marching bands. This three-day event inspires musical growth with adjudicated competitions and clinics, parade performances and an introduction to Atlanta, Georgia.

For Theatre Groups:

The cultural center of the Midwest hosts a performance arts scene that ranges from classical to avant garde. Watch improvisational comedy or a Broadway Show, perform at iconic locations such as Millennium Park or Navy Pier, and participate in a workshop at one of the city’s world class universities.

For Dance Groups:

In a land that came straight from the mind of the famed Walt Disney, dancers can take part in a tradition of pageantry and magic as they dance their way toward Sleeping Beauty’s Castle. Through Disney Performing Arts Onstage, students will participate in workshops and will explore rides and thrills.
