3 Must-Pack Items for Summer Student Tours

Written by Brightspark Travel

As the temperatures rises, student travelers preparing for summer student tours require very different packing lists than those preparing for winter tours. In addition to the obvious (sandals, short sleeves, etc.), here are three must-pack items to increase students’ comfort and enjoyment.

1. Reusable Water Bottles

When touring during warmer months, staying hydrated is a top priority. Purchasing single-use plastic water bottles throughout your trip is not only expensive — it’s bad for the environment

2. Sunscreen

Nothing ruins a great trip like a nasty sunburn. Encourage student travelers to lather it on before outdoor adventures.

3. Fitbit or Pedometer

Summer student tours are all about walking from attraction to attraction, taking in the local sights and sounds. Counting these steps with a Fitbit or basic pedometer helps students think about health and fitness.
